Oakville offers lots of ways to celebrate Black history

There is something for everyone to enjoy this Black History Month, and all right here in Oakville. The Canadian Caribbean Association of Halton (CCAH) has various events planned, including film screenings, Afro-Caribbean drumming, and much more.
