Anxiety is like a dark cloud. It hovers over you constantly and can feel like it will never go away. According to Anxiety Disorders Association of Canada, one in four Canadians will have an anxiety disorder in their lifetime. In fact, anxiety is the most common mental health disorder in Canada. Medications and expensive therapy sessions are always an option that can help you overcome the anxiety. The unfortunate issue for some is being able to afford those things. Luckily, there are many different ways to help lower that anxiety and get you through the day.
