With the end of the semester right around the corner, many Sheridan students are considering the possibility of a spring or summer internship.
A variety of companies offer internships to incorporate in-school learning to hands-on, in the field learning.
There are typically two types of internships either paid which is either through hourly wages or honorarium, and unpaid which must follow certain legal regulations put in place by the province.
While there may be great opportunities offered by various businesses, the Sheridan Sun takes a closer look at unpaid internships offered to Canadian students.
